The hotel was centrally located, not far from a tram line which feeds towards Grand Place, local Italian restaurant and the main attractions and set in a very very nice area. I'd say that room was nicely decorated and well-equipped, it had an electric kettle and glassware, that's convenient.

Centrally located in the lovely area of Ixelles, truly enjoyed this place. Delicious and excellent breakfast with a baked egg, charming location.

The staff are the most attentive I have seen in Brussels. And I have stayed in about 20 different hotels in Brussels.
The door at the bottom of the stairs does not work well at all.

Nice large executive room. Good location near city centre, Good buffet breakfast.
Bar prices are very high. Aircon doesnt work very well - the fan worked but the air wasnt cold and the room got a bit too warm over night (it was 28c sunny and hot during the days)

hotel is located in the central area, but not in the center, infrastructure is excellent, shops, restaurants, in the center by transport, clean, rooms are spacious, wife liked cosmetics, there is parking at the hotel, expensive, from 18. 30 to 9. 30 cars can be thrown in front of the hotel, if the seats, further only 2 hours, also free of charge, within the block there are paid places for 2 euros, already for 4 hours. view from the room was not bad, area itself is quiet, quiet, on Friday there was a local market, cheeses, wine, meat, seafood, delicious.
It's a long way to the center, 2 kilometers on foot. The room was on the top floor, there was noise from the ventilation, a bit of tension, especially at night.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Hotel was very comfortable.
I felt that the Continental breakfast was too expensive and should have been included in the room price.

Very smooth and quick check-in by courteous and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and conveniently located.
Probably need better ventilation to clear the residual smoke smell from the room.

The breakfast with high quality cheeses and fresh bread, for example is marvellous for what is offered. The property is centrally located a short way from La Loge.

Hotel was good, clean bedrooms and good size rooms.
Hotel was not centrally situated and we had to cab wherever we need to go. Nothing around in walking distance.

Large room, comfortable bed, tea making facilities
I was given a disabled room that did not have a proper shower. However, sometime it is nice to have a bath.

This was my 4th stay at Hotel du Chatelain. I really love staying there. The staff are friendly, the location good and the rooms are top class. Thoroughly recommended for a city break with a touch of luxury.

The very helpful staff, the cleanliness, the size of our room, and the general ambience of the hotel
I think that the breakfast was too expensive for a cold meal. Also there was no variety we spent 10 days with the same choice of 2 different cheeses and 3 cold meats. Also we had to pay for the coffee taken in our room.

The attention to detail in terms of upholding customer service in every way possible. All staff encountered went out of their way to adapt to respond positively to our requests even down to the hote milk at bedtime. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 5 years and will continue to do so.
Tea, coffee and water in the room is not inclusive as in most 5 star hotels in which we stay.

The rooms are very spacious, the staff is very efficient and the general atmosphere is nice.
I did not quite like the way rooms are decorated but it felt confortable anyway.
